But you&#039;re right. That&#039;s one of the reasons I admire him: because he goes after everything that he&#039;s interested in, and is largely successful overall, despite individual ventures occasionally failing.</description>

We haven&#039;t built a new one since the 70&#039;s and the ones we have, even when run at full capacity don&#039;t produce enough to fullfill the demand in america, so we have to import refined oil products.  NIMBY makes it hard to build new ones though.</description>
