But you're right. That's one of the reasons I admire him: because he goes after everything that he's interested in, and is largely successful overall, despite individual ventures occasionally failing.</description>

		<description>Actually America needs several new refineries.  We haven't built a new one since the 70's and the ones we have, even when run at full capacity don't produce enough to fullfill the demand in america, so we have to import refined oil products.  NIMBY makes it hard to build new ones though.</description>
